"When we first decided to form a team to work on "Al Dente", we more or less knew the fields that we wanted to work on. The fact that we were able to work well as a team while trying to make the best possible film allowed each of us to have a lot of fun working on what we liked. I think we managed to create a film that represents us well.
Thanks to this experience, I have been able to work as an animator and character designer after graduating from school. I hope I will be able to improve as much as I can both in animation and character design, and I would also very much like to work with my old colleagues again".

"Al Dente was a amazing experience, and every part of it was conceived and realised by the three of us. I loved to work with both Carlos and Jean-François and as we were really complementary in our fields we were able to be very efficient and always managed to find a solution for every problem which pleased to everybody.
We really wanted to have a colorful, joyful and beautiful movie which would be driven by the images, the characters and the story. We didn't wanted to create a huge technical show-off and I think that we managed to achived this goal.
Again, this project was an amazing experience, and now that I am working in the VFX industry I am looking forward to working with Carlos and Jean-François again."

"Working on "Al Dente" was an incredible experience. We banged our heads against walls getting ideas during scriptwriting and hardly got any sleep for weeks during crunchtime.
As demanding as it was, I absolutely loved working on this project. It was just fun, crazy and colorful, but at the same time it was a great learning experience; I feel lucky to have been surrounded by very talented and extremely motivated people in my class.
 
I know we tried to do our very best and I hope that people enjoy watching the film, in the end that's what it's all about."
